Per NCBTMB requirements, Harvest Field Institute of Learning electronically stores students’ transcripts and certificates of completion/achievement for at least five years. During this time, we will provide students with duplicate copies of transcripts and certificates upon request. However, we do reserve the right to charge a $5 fee for each e-mailed, duplicate certificate or transcript to cover the administrative and delivery costs associated with furnishing these copies. Please put the following items in the "Note to Seller" field at checkout:
1. Your Name as it Appears on Your Professional License
2. Your Professional License Number
3. The Date and Location of the continuing education (CE) Class You Need the Certificate/Transcript for
4. Please Specify Whether You Wish to Order a Transcript or Certificate (Each is $10 and Must be Ordered Separately)
