EARN YOUR 12 LIVE, HANDS-ON MASSAGE CE/CEUS IN ONLY
ONE DAY!
Healing Hydrotherapy Series: Lessons 1 & 2
Looking to fulfill your 12-Hour Live Massage CE/CEU requirement in Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina? Save time and money by attending our hydrotherapy seminar in only one day! You will learn about the history and benefits of hydrotherapy as well as contraindications and how to perform a "Head 2 Toe Body Warm-Up", which serves as an excellent detoxifying pre-treatment that utilizes dry luffa botanicals and fomentations to better prepare the body for massage. This type of hydrotherapy can be performed in virtually any kind of room--both in your private practice or spa and even for mobile massage services. Students will also learn how to grow their own luffa supplies and the health benefits of using this incredible plant.
Furthermore, participants will be instructed on how to provide an exfoliating "Sugar Body Glow" with simple and all natural ingredients to polish, moisturize, and allow the skin to breathe more freely. Both of these hydrotherapy treatments can be performed in either wet or dry rooms and are excellent services to provide your clients, as they promote wellness, improve the effects of massage therapy, and help to reduce strain on your own body.
Students will be required to bring the following supplies:
Note Taking Materials (Pen or Pencil and Notebook or Paper)
1 Massage Table (2 or More Friends Can Share 1 Table, but Everyone Needs Own Set of
Sheets/Towels)
1 Set of Massage Sheets (Including Face Cradle Cover or Pillowcase)
2 Bath or Beach Towels (Or a 2nd Set of Massage Sheets)
In addition, students may also wish to bring along a bathing suit with them to provide additional privacy above and beyond the professional draping methods the instructor will require all participants to follow.

Earn your live massage therapy or nurse continuing education (CE/CEUs) in Europe--the birthplace of Hydrotherapy! Your trip will begin on your flight to Iceland where you will learn basic phrases and a brief history of this enchanting country where legends of elves and trolls abound. Shortly after your arrival in Keflavik, students will be whisked away to the Blue Lagoon--an outdoor geothermal pool of sea and fresh water that is heated by a volcano and contains silica, algae, and minerals. Afterwards, enjoy a beautiful ride to your hotel room, which is located just a short walk from the major attractions in downtown Reykjavik, which you will be free to explore for the rest of the day or possibility book a northern lights tour that evening (highly recommended). During the trip, students will study the extraordinary benefits of Pelotherapy and learn how to perform a "Fire & Ice" body treatment--inspired by the cold Icelandic glaciers, fiery volcanoes, and the mystical Blue Lagoon.
