To proceed with the online exam, simply fill out your contact information and then proceed to answer the following questions below.  After answering all questions, simply click on the green "SUBMIT" button at the bottom left corner of this page.  A passing score of 70% or higher is required to pass this exam and receive a certificate.  The exam is multiple choice, without a time limit, and can be taken multiple times.  You will receive an e-mail notification within 48-hours stating whether or not you received a passing score on this test and a detailed report of which quiz questions you answered correctly/incorrectly.  Students who purchase the course materials and successfully pass this exam will receive their continuing education certificate of achievement per e-mail within 2-business days, and we will automatically report course completion to CE Broker for you within 2-business days.  If you require earlier course completion notification to CE Broker, please e-mail us as soon as possible ([email protected]) so that we may try to accommodate your request.
