(USPS First Class Mail Delivery) Class Certificate/Transcript Duplicate
Per NCBTMB requirements, Harvest Field Institute of Learning electronically stores students’ transcripts and certificates of completion/achievement for at least five years. During this time, we will provide students with duplicate copies of transcripts and certificates upon request. However, we do reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for each duplicate certificate or transcript to cover the administrative and delivery costs associated with furnishing these copies. Please put the following items in the "Note to Seller" field at checkout:
1. Your Name as it Appears on Your Professional License
2. Your Professional License Number
3. The Date and Location of the continuing education (CE) Class You Need the Certificate/Transcript for
4. Please Specify Whether You Wish to Order a Transcript or Certificate (Each is $10 and Must be Ordered Separately)
Your certificate will be mailed via USPS First Class mail. Please expect 5-7 business days to receive your certificate. If you require expedited delivery, please email [email protected] so that we can accommodate your request. Please be advised that an additional shipping rate will apply for expedited delivery.
