This is a 2 CE hour course that is designed to provide nurses and other healthcare professionals with the signs and risk factors to look for regarding human trafficking. In addition, the types of human trafficking, public and private social services available for referrals, and validated assessment tools for identifying a human trafficking victim will also be discussed. This course also meets the 2 CE hour requirement in human trafficking for healthcare professionals in the state of Florida. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE IS NOT CURRENTLY APPROVED FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.)
